This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator is primarily responsible for identifying and implementing strategies and initiatives focused on ensuring services provided by FBH are known, available and adapted to diverse populations served by FBH. The DEI Coordinator is responsible for ensuring National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) and 988 staff receive training and coaching to provide culturally affirming crisis response services for diverse individuals across the county, region, and state. The DEI Coordinator networks with various community organizations to improve awareness of /988/NSPL resources among diverse population groups. In addition to focused work pertaining to the NSPL/988, the DEI Coordinator will have an integral role in organization wide DEI initiatives through involvement in FBH's DEI Committee and various employee training platforms. PAY RANGE (Hourly/ Non-Exempt): Depends on degree level as noted below: Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology or other human or social services field - $25.89 - $31.53*. *All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the starting pay is as follows: $25.89. Master's degree n social work, psychology or other human or social services field - $31.84- $38.79*. *All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the starting pay is as follows: $31.84.
