*Career positions offer additional benefits. POSITION SUMMARY Creates and delivers an extraordinary equipment rental experience for our Guests in a fast-paced and FUN environment. As a technician you will be renting bikes, which involves sizing, fitting bikes, setting suspension, and fitting protective equipment. Technicians will be responsible for checking bikes in and servicing them, so they are ready for the next rental. Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience. WORKING CONDITIONS Mental strain and fatigue may occasionally be caused by trying to resolve tenant issues, meeting deadlines, and balancing the wants and needs of the departmental staff. Handling emergency situations and working in adverse weather conditions may cause additional mental strain. Physical hazards include walking up and down steep stairways or driving on surfaces that may be wet/frozen and slippery, as well as exposure to fumes, odors, dusts, mists and gases.
