We're seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best. The Director, Global DEI is accountable for leadership, strategy, optimization, and performance of Ford's global external diversity partnerships. The role is a key member of the Global DEI leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. The role will provide strategic design and oversight to align global external partnerships to critical demographic talent opportunities in support of talent attraction, employee development and community involvement. The role will lead stakeholder alignment of critical internal partners including skill team and functional leaders, HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Ford Fund, and employee resource groups. The role also designs effective communication strategies and oversees their implementation. The role has expertise in stakeholder and risk management, designing partnership programs in line with business priorities, and ensuring compliance further contributes to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.
