What You Will Be Doing Responsible for the effective, efficient, and consistent delivery of programs and projects in alignment with the Firm's overall diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and programs. As a key member of an integrated Legal Personnel & Development (LPD) Team, the DEI Coordinator will play a central role in facilitating the execution of DEI programming for our attorneys and business professional groups, both locally and firmwide. About this Role This position involves working closely with the DEI Director, Managers, Specialists and various groups, including office-level Diversity & Inclusion Committees, firmwide affinity groups and other internal departments on various projects and tasks associated with the achievement of the firm's DEI goals and objectives.
